To cooperate with the Government's epidemic prevention measures and to take into account of the safety of all participants, the show “Whats Good Music Award 2022” originally scheduled on Tue, 8 Feb 2022 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Hall 5BC has been postponed to Sat, 6 August 2022 at the same time 7pm.
Ticket holders can present the original tickets on 8 Feb 2022 for admission to the rescheduled date on 6 August 2022. For those who are unable to attend the rescheduled date would be able to request a full refund subject to the following refund procedure.
Tickets Purchased by CREDIT CARD via HK Ticketing, please refer to below (a) to (d)
a) Please bring along the event tickets to the Ticketing Office during business hours from Today to Wed, 15 June 2022 to process a refund.
b) HK Ticketing Office Address & Business Hours: Room 711, 7/F., Chevalier Commercial Centre, 8 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong (Monday - Friday: 10am - 7pm, Saturday: 10am - 6pm; and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays).
c) A full refund will be automatically re-deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 45 working days upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form and event ticket(s).
d) Any Credit Card Refund requests received after 15 June 2022 will not be processed.
Tickets Purchased by CASH via HK Ticketing, please refer to below (e) to (h)
e) Please bring along the event tickets to the HK Ticketing Office during business hours from Today to Wed, 15 June 2022 to process a refund.

g) An immediate full refund in cash will be made at the HK Ticketing Office upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form with event ticket(s). The ticket holders must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.
